The Central Valley Vendor Fair brings together artisans, vendors, and community businesses serving the Alternative Relationship Lifestyle communities for a day dedicated to shopping, demonstrations, networking, and community.

Created through the collaboration of Panther Prowls, Rough Cut Leather, and EDU eXchange, this event is built on the belief that strong communities are created by supporting the people and businesses that help them thrive.

Browse handcrafted goods, leatherwork, apparel, toys, artwork, accessories, educational materials, specialty products, and services from vendors representing a wide variety of interests within our community. Throughout the day, participating vendors will also offer short demonstrations highlighting their products, craftsmanship, techniques, and expertise, giving attendees an opportunity to learn directly from the people who create and sell them.

Whether you're searching for something unique, meeting new vendors, reconnecting with familiar faces, or simply spending the day exploring what our community has to offer, the Central Valley Vendor Fair is designed to create meaningful connections between attendees and the businesses that serve them.

We're looking for artisans, makers, retailers, and community businesses that want to be part of something more than a single-day event.

Participating Vendors are supported through our Vendor Participation Credit (VPC) Program, opportunities to demonstrate their products, vendor referral incentives, and year-round promotion through our Vendor Promotion Program. Our goal is to help vendors build lasting relationships with customers while strengthening the community we all share.

Join us as we launch what we hope will become a lasting tradition in Northern California—one built through collaboration, education, and support for the businesses that help our community grow.
