To protect everyone's privacy, please keep phones, cameras, smart glasses, and recording devices safely tucked away while exploring the castle.
Photography is welcome only in designated photo areas or with approval from the Castle Keepers.
Every guest deserves to relax knowing their privacy is respected.

Like any proper haunted castle, ours has its guardians.
Each Halloween, the resident spirits enchant the front gates, allowing passage only to invited guests.
Fortunately, the Castle Gatekeepers have learned the ancient ritual.
Upon arrival, simply present your invitation. Once it's confirmed, the Gatekeepers will calm the restless spirits, lift the enchantment, and the gates will slowly open before you.

Must receive a fresh invitation each time they visit.
The spirits insist upon it.
Please plan to arrive between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM whenever possible.
Running late?
Simply send us a message so the Castle Gatekeepers know you're still making your way through the darkness.
Secure gated parking is available on a first-come basis.
Additional nearby parking is also available.
Reserved parking is available for eligible VIP Platinum Members and Castle Guest Suite reservations.
Complimentary food, snacks, and soft drinks are provided throughout the evening.
You're welcome to bring your favorite beverages and enjoy them responsibly.
If you've had a little too much Halloween spirit, leave your vehicle overnight and arrange a safe ride home.
The castle will happily guard it until morning.
